Enneagram Profiling (Integrated Enneagram Solutions IES)

The Enneagram is an archetypal typology that offers in-depth insight to teams and individuals as well as a comprehensive map to personal and team development. Each of the 9 numbers represents a worldview and archetype that resonates with the way in which people and teams think, feel and act and how they stand in relation to the world, others and themselves. The 9 main Enneagram types, are further defined by 18 triadic types and 27 subtypes. It does not ‘box’ people, but rather opens a pathway to self-discovery and greater personal awareness. The Integrative Enneagram assessment is completed online and takes 30-40 minutes to complete, generating a detailed profile report.

Leadership Maturity Self Assessment
(Center for Creative Leadership – Transformations Cards)

Seventy Action Logic cards use unique labeled drawings to illustrate the seven transformations (or “stages”) of increasing human maturity from youth onward. Forty Catalyst cards similarly illustrate various processes or triggers of development. The Transformations self assessment cards are based on the research of developmental psychologists Bill Torbert, Susanne Cook-Greuter and Bob Kegan. The set of Action Logic cards helps people reflect on the kinds of thinking and actions that guide their lives and leadership practice, from less complex or early stage logics to more complex later stage logics. The set of Catalyst cards helps people reflect on the processes that have brought about greater maturity, deepening and expanding their worldview, to enable more resourceful ways of being in the world.

StrengthsFinder

Based on over 40 years of research, the Gallup StrengthsFinder assessment assists people in discovering their unique combination of talents which, when combined with knowledge and skills leads to understanding ‘strengths. We use this insight to begin conversations and to develop focus areas and action plans in both individuals and teams. The assessment is completed on-line and output is used as the basis for an appreciative process of discovery and performance optimization.

Successful leadership depends on the quality of attention and intention that the leader brings to any situation. Two leaders in the same circumstances doing the same thing can bring about completely different outcomes, depending on the inner place from which each operates
